NB The vivarium is 2x4ft as is the table so the 'L' shape set up requires a 6x4ft space if attached.

We have two Hermanns tortoises, both aged 5, selling as unfortunately my son has lost interest.
They need to remain separate as the male is aggressive towards the female (though very friendly with people).
We have made every effort to keep them apart and plan to sell them to different homes.

The male can be active and loves being in his garden enclosure on nice days, or a supervised walk around it.
He is adventurous, friendly and funny.
He measures 5.5in front to back of shell and weighs 0.5kg.

The female is slow and timid but has the sweetest nature.
She also loves to walk about the garden supervised and hide under a bush, or sunbath in her enclosure.
She is bigger, measuring 7in and weighing 1.16kg.
She would be best with adult owners.

An experienced keeper would be preferable, otherwise, please ensure you do thorough research on keeping Hermanns.

The setup is excellent and comes with heat lamps and Arcadia UVB tubes bought end July this year,
3 Reptiplug smart plugs, thermometers a temperature gun, calcium powder and food pellets, unopened faux plant décor for the viv, bowls, hides etc and a box to carry him/her home in.

To maximise their space, we attached a removable double decker tortoise table to the vivarium and added an acrylic door to open the base level up.
(The original black doors will go with the set up, should you wish to replace them.)

The welfare and happiness of these gentle tortoises is my main concern.
