Black and white argentine tegu

Here i have for sale my very much loved and cared for black and white argentine tegu called teddy

I have owned him for around 2 years he loves to eat frozen and thawed rats he also loves his salmon and tuna fillets along with some veggies and boiled eggs

He gets fed as much as he can eat once every 3 days

He will need an experienced keeper as he likes to think hands are food and you must wear shoes around him as if you move your feet to quick he will try and eat them

I wouldn't recommend you have children around him as if they make the wrong move they could end up injured also the same with dogs and cats

You can pick him up and carry him providing you stay clear of his mouth he is fairly strong i can show you the best way to handle him

He needs to be in a big enclosure no smaller than 8ft by 4ft by 4ft (i can sell his enclosure this would be extra) price can be negotiated

The enclosure would need taking apart and rebuilding at the new home you would need a van to move the sheets of 8ftx4ft wood that make the enclosure which would then need resealing with a1 pond paint (two part epoxy resin) the resin dosnt smell and i can supply

Inside the enclosure there is
The thermostat witch is a Evo connected 3 which controls the lighting and temp side
x2 arcadia pro t5 4ft 10% uvb light units (new)
X1 arcadia pro led daylight unit
x4 swivel and tilt bulb holders capable of 300watts per bulb

The is also a mistking misting system fitted and for monitoring temps and humidity there is a govee sensor
