Meet Kiva, a social, friendly Chihuahua who loves snuggling on your lap and getting plenty of pets! She's quick to warm up to new people and loves giving kisses. Kiva is great in the car, toilet-trained, and learning to explore the world on her lead. Would be suited to a home with other small dogs who match her calm energy. ADOPTER REQUIREMENTS:

* We carefully match each dog with the best possible owner to ensure a forever home filled with love and companionship, rather than operating on a first-come, first-served basis

* Kiva has Grade 4 luxating patellas and mild left hip dysplasia, both congenital but not causing her pain. She moves comfortably, so surgery isn't needed now. Her adopter must be committed to monitoring her joint health, keeping her lean, and considering physiotherapy. Anyone adopting Kiva must be prepared to do so.
