Cane corso male dog 2 years 4 months old

This is kojo, cane corso dog 2 years 4 months old. He suffers with separation anxiety and needs someone to give him the time and training he needs. Due to my mental health I can no longer do so… he is loving but he is too used to being my my side and I cannot do no where without him. Tried to crate train and is impossible. With great sadness to get rid and I want him to go to the best home as he is such a lovely dog but his behaviour and separation anxiety is stopping me living my life . He has never been violent but doesn’t get on with other dogs but does tolerate them. He is just very clingy and won’t stay alone by himself
