Borador dog (female) 20 months

Fun loving Fern.
Not viewed with mother or father. Had fern since she was a pup.
She is a borador which is a Lab X Collie
Having to sell her as we are relocating.
We are a family of 3 and I have an 8 year old child who fern is great with.
Fern is microchipped and has been wormed and flead.
She loves playing and anything to do with water. We take her regular walks which she loves.
She is trained well and always wanting to learn new things.
She will do anything for a treat.
Listens to commands well and understands recall well.
She was crate trained and likes her own space in there to sleep.
She knows what the toilet needs and will give you signs if she needs the toilet out with the regular times we take her out.
She also loves dinner time and never leaves an empty bowl.
All she wants is a safe environment as she loves cuddling in and relaxing.
She takes a little while to get used to strangers but once you know her she will greet you nicely.
Willing to take deposits and of course viewings of fern when available.
