11 month old rottweiler x dog de bordeaux

Due to sibling rivalry i am having to put one of our pups up for rehoming ,Dave is a black and tan rottweiler x dog de bordeaux who is just over 10 months old all up to date with vaccination flea and worming and has recently been neutered,
against all advice we picked up two boys from the same litter,
started off really well playful and friendly but as they have grown there is a alpha situation where flashes of aggression towards each other are becoming more regular,
we have been to and passed puppy classes and had them neutered to try and reduce the hormonal side of things but to no avail ,individually these dogs are brilliant and 90% of the time they are brilliant together,
Dave is a 40+ kilo boy who loves to play and have cuddles given the chance he will steal your arm chair or couch he is great with the kids but will let them know when he's had enough he is great on the lead but does need some more socialising with other dogs ( kind of hard to meet others when there's 80+ kilos of excitement pulling you) ,we do have some issues with chewing but we're trying to find the right toys for this as he's got through pretty much everything so far , the right person/people will love him , experience in large dog breeds is essential and I would recommend that he's the only dog he loves the attention,this is not about selling a puppy this is about giving the best for him and living with his brother isn't working
