Cats Protection Canterbury - Petrov

The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

One of the cats available is PETROV.

Handsome Petrov is about 3 years old. Confident and playful, he is fun and full of bounce but can get too full-on when over-excited. He will suit an adult home and a more experienced new owner who knows when to let things calm down.

Petrov was surrendered to CPL after his owner went into care. He has tested positive for FIV (feline aids) so he will need to be an indoor-only pet, ideally with a secure outdoor area such as a catio. Our rehoming staff will be happy to advise.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.

Adoption is by appointment. Please phone the cattery on (03)3840006 and select option 1, or email us at **** (please include your phone number). Our website is **** and the cattery is situated at 14 Charlesworth Street, Woolston. It is open 11.00am to 2.30pm Tuesday to Friday and Sunday, 11.00am to 3.00pm Saturday.
