Blue Indian Ring Neck Parakeet

6 Year old Indian Ring Neck Parakeet in beautiful form, makes lovely noises and is brilliantly vocal and makes any room he's in feel lively.
Unfortunately, the dog doesn't get along too well with him and I'm very afraid of the worst happening, so with the heaviest of hearts my hand is forced to sell.
